Since March we have been meeting frequently via TEAMS with Rob Robinson from “Rob Robinson: Heritage Consulting”, with John Sanders from “Simpson and Brown: Architects” and with “Addyman Archaeology”. They have showed infinite patience and commitment for which we are very grateful . You will be able to hear the details in Sandra’s presentation.

Finally, an appeal:

Do you have skills that can help the Society? We’re very keen to get additional, committed, new Trustees. We have some great skills on the current board but are looking for people to help us plug the gaps. So, if you have any experience in the following fields then please consider joining us.

  • Health and Safety and Facility Management
  • Catering with some retail
  • Archive and curation
  • Managing major restoration projects
  • PR and publicity

If you think you can help, then please mail secretary@johnraesociety.com to offer your services.

I look forward to seeing you online on the 25th. This will be a great opportunity to get more involved and hear about the progress that is being made on your behalf. So please attend/vote/comment, as your feedback is welcomed.

Yours sincerely,

Neil Kermode
