The Hudson’s Bay Company in Canada has done a fantastic job creating a web site commemorating some of Canada’s historic figures. The first to be featured is our own John Rae.

The site guides you through his journeys with a descriptive text about each stage and showing you the route as it progresses on a map. I really helps to clarify the routes he took and where the places are in relation to each other.

We recommend it to anyone interested in the story of John Rae and his contemporaries.
