The other day one of our Trustees received an email from Michael Palin saying that he is very happy to support all the work that the JRS is doing, and is happy to become a Patron. This is great news for the John Rae Society and encourages us further in our endeavor to save the Hall of Clestrain.
Michael Palin really needs no introduction as one of the key members of Monty Python, a writer of many films and has done many travel documentaries on TV, here is a link to his web site for more information about the man
