Mark Agnew and his teammates made history when they kayaked the Northwest Passage. The gruelling 103-day adventure was packed with polar bears, ice bergs and near-death experiences. Mark learned that resilience was not about being tough. It was about loving the adventure, so each and everyday was fun.
Mark and his teammates passed many historical sites, camping near the wreck of The Terror. A year after they finished, the skull of the Captain of the Erebus was found just a couple of miles from their campsite.
This story is packed with thrills, laughs and misadventures. We are excited to welcome Mark virtually to The John Rae Society.
This ticket is ONLINE attendance to the talk. The talk is hosted on ZOOM. Purchase of the talk will trigger a PDF file emailed to you with full details on how to join. Please check your junk mail if you have not received it within 24 hours.
